Delivery Method
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. All shipments require that the purchaser provide a signature upon delivery. Customers can request expedited shipping using FedEx or UPS. Customer must provide their shipping account number or agree to pay shipping charges upon delivery. Standard USPS shipping boxes will be used for orders under eight (8) items.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds for items returned within thirty (30)days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than ninety days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
How to Return & Exchange
Please fill out the Return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. Please help us improve our service by providing the main reason for your return or exchange. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form as well.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
